First Day (Saturday)
7:30 ~ 8:30am Qi Gong breath exercises
8:30 ~10:00am Breakfast & Free time
10:00~11:30am Warm-up and Qi Gong exercises
S Includes stretching, standing meditation & 12 Qi Gong movements
11:30 ~ 1:30pm Lunch Break
1:30 ~ 4:30pm Dharmazen 24 Style Tai Chi

S There will be a 10 minute rest break at least every hour
4:30~5:00pm Tea Time & Introduction to Meditation
S Loose leaf Green tea from Taiwan made Chinese style in little cups
S Buddhist style sitting meditation
5:00~6:00pm Meditation

6:30pm Dinner & Free Time
Second Day (Sunday)

The end of the workshop

This is a two-day retreat
Ideal for up to 12 people
Benefits: strengthens the body, increases vitality, coordinate body & mind, calms the mind
Every participant will obtain a free Dharmazen Chi Kung & Tai Chi DVD
The price per person is $370 + GST
Workshop fees include instruction fees, both accommodation and meals for the 2 days and based on double occupancy ( 2 people sharing a cabin ) as well as the space to do the activities.
